The following is a card I made for my Fat Cats Card Corner design team
commitment. Kaaren sends me a lovely package of dies and occasionally
embossing folders with which she entrusts me to unleash my creativity.
I chose not to put a greeting on the card, but I can see it used as a
wedding or engagement card. I hand-pierced the holes using my very
old Fiber Friend, by Timeless Touches. It is a brilliant little tool.
A closer look at the floral arrangement. I am totally into recycling
wherever possible, and shhhhh...I'll let you into a secret if you promise
not to tell anyone...the ribbons are from a nightdress I bought...you
know, they are to stop the garment from slipping off the hanger.
Too pretty to just throw away.
Dies - Sue Wilson Creative Expressions Passion Flower
Embossing Folder - Sue Wilson Creative Expressions Heart Strings
Pearlised blue cardstock, and liquid pearls are from my

Simon Says Stamp...Monday - 'Recycle Something' (ribbon from nightdress)
Our kitty is pestering me for his dinner, so I had better obey.
Until next time, thank you for visiting.
Hugs, Jennifer. xx

A beautiful card, very elegant - love your recycling idea too. Thank you for joining us at Crafty Calendar Challenge,

This is the definition of sophistication and beauty! And I'm so impressed that you made it this stunning with such a simple color palette. The texture you created is eye-catching and I like how you didn't include a sentiment on it-- it leaves it flexible for so many different occasions. Thanks for sharing something so clever with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
